The strongest tip we have is for you to be honest. There is no penalty that will result from your honest answers. The most useful score and portfolio will come from your honest answers. 

Secondly, it is strongly recommended that a well-versed individual who either specializes in safety or management should fill out this assessment to produce the most accurate results.

High Gear Safety will send you your results ASAP, but it could take anywhere from 1-5 business days. You will receive a score, along with a summary of your company's safety culture and a portfolio that will help you organize your next steps and recommendations.

Our employees are not OSHA inspectors and will not penalize you for safety faults. As safety consultants and OSHA outreach instructors, our goal is to help you supplement your company's safety.
